Terms and Conditions of Sale - LegalProd
Article 1 - Publisher and scope
These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) govern the contractual relationship between LegalProd (hereinafter “LegalProd”), publisher of the platform accessible at www.legalprod.com, and any professional natural or legal person taking out a subscription or purchasing Credits on that platform (hereinafter “the Customer”).
Any subscription implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs, of the Terms of Use and, where applicable, of the Special Terms and Conditions applicable to the plan selected.
These provisions apply only to new subscriptions from their publication on 5 October 2026. Earlier subscriptions and orders retain their contractual terms, including on renewal and plan changes. Trials in progress and credits already acquired remain unchanged.
Article 2 - Definitions
Platform: the LegalProd SaaS software, accessible through a web browser, providing practice management, legal research and artificial intelligence features.

In accordance with articles 1366 and 1367 of the French Civil Code (Code civil), this ticking process constitutes an electronic signature having the value of informed consent. LegalProd retains a time-stamped record of such acceptance for a period of five (5) years from the end of the contract.

Continued use of the Platform after the entry into force of the new Special Terms and Conditions constitutes unreserved acceptance thereof.
Article 10 - Artificial intelligence and Vertex AI
10.1. AI infrastructure
LegalProd incorporates artificial intelligence features developed on the Google Vertex AI infrastructure. In this respect, LegalProd benefits from a Zero Data Retention policy: the data transmitted to the Vertex AI API is not retained by Google beyond the immediate processing of the request and is not used to train Google's models (No-Train policy).
10.2. Absence of legal advice
The results produced by LegalProd's AI features (research, summarisation, document generation, suggestions) constitute aids to reflection and may not be treated as legal consultations within the meaning of loi n° 71-1130 du 31 décembre 1971. LegalProd does not warrant the completeness, accuracy or currency of the results produced by the AI.
10.3. User's responsibility
The Customer remains solely responsible for the use it makes of the results generated by the AI, in particular as regards their validation, their incorporation into professional instruments or advice, and their transmission to third parties. LegalProd may not be held liable for the consequences of any use of AI results without prior verification by a qualified professional.
10.4. Personal data and AI
The Customer shall ensure that it does not submit to the AI features any personal data relating to third parties without an appropriate legal basis within the meaning of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). LegalProd refers to its Privacy Policy and, where applicable, to the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available on request.
Article 11 - Communications and marketing
By subscribing to LegalProd, the Customer agrees to receive communications relating to news, new features and tips concerning the platform, at a rate of no more than two mailings per month. The Customer may unsubscribe at any time by means of the link provided for that purpose in each email.
Article 12 - Liability
LegalProd undertakes to implement all reasonable means to ensure the availability of the Platform. Its liability is expressly limited to direct and foreseeable damage, up to the amount of the sums actually paid by the Customer in respect of the 12 months preceding the triggering event. LegalProd may not be held liable for indirect damage, loss of operations, loss of data or loss of clientele.
Article 13 - Governing law and disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavour to reach an amicable solution.
