General conditions of sale
1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern access to and use of the LegalProd SaaS software published by LegalProd SAS, a société par actions simplifiée, 34 AV CHAMPS ÉLYSÉES 75008 Paris, RCS Paris 900 029 422, hereinafter "the Service Provider".
2. Service description
The service enables the User to access, via the Internet, the functionalities described in the documentation available at https://www.legalprod.com/prix/ depending on the package subscribed to.
3. Offers and prices
The service is available in several packages:
- Classic offer: €49 excl. tax/month
- Pro offer: €69 excl. tax/month
Credits can also be purchased (1 Credit = €1) and used as follows:
- 0.30 credit / bank transaction
- 0.40 credit / customer area / month
- 0.50 credit / digital stamp
- 0.90 credit / signature
- 1 credit / IA token
- 3 credits / ERE
- 4 credits / Electronic LR
- 6 credits / optimal LR
- 9 credits / LR paper
Promotional offer valid only until 09/10/2025.
For any purchase of a LegalProd subscription (after 7-day test period) :
- Classic offer: €44 excl. tax/month (3 months), then €49/month
- Pro offer: €62 excl. tax/month
For 3 months: 2 Credits purchased = 1 offered (excluding test period).
4. Payment
Payment is made by direct debit or credit card, monthly in arrears. In the event of late payment, penalties will be applied in accordance with article L. 441-10 of the French Commercial Code.
5. Access and use
The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable and temporary right of access to the software, for the duration of the contract. Any contrary use or reproduction of the software is prohibited.
6. Duration and termination
The contract is concluded for one month, tacitly renewable. Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice. In the case of a 12-month commitment (one-off payment), an 18% discount is granted.
7. Warranties and liabilities
The Service Provider guarantees the conformity of the service, within the limits of the offer. The Service Provider shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure or misuse of the service.
8. Data protection
The Service Provider undertakes to comply with the regulations applicable to personal data (RGPD).
9. Applicable law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, amicable settlement has priority. Failing this, the court of the Provider's registered office shall have jurisdiction.
10. Mediation
In the event of a dispute, the User may have recourse to a consumer mediator.
